also people, if you have problem shitting, like having big problem with constipation, eat plenty of cereals, (that are high in dietray fibre) or wholemeal bread. also, don't forget to drink plenty and plenty of water! because they help to nurture our skins too! besides, i think plain water taste rather, heavenly. LOL! a'ight. drinks lots of water!

if you don't have the habit of drinking water everyday, buy a bottle that attracts you so much, you can't take your eyes off it. then you'll be drinking water almost everyday, within each hour or more. just make sure you drink till you get to visit the loo at least 3-4 times! and even more would be better. (:

this piece is so beautiful, it will facinate gamers of Final Fantasy X. LIKE ME! omg, i loved the Yuna's Theme and Someday the Dream will End. it touched my heart and i felt like crying!!

in 2-3 years time.. OMG.

today skipped sectional cos i got to go for my dental appointment. ( SIAN LAH )
anyway, my father asked the my doctor how much longer i am going to keep braces on.
AND HE SAID, 2-3 YEARS.
*faints*
seriously, at that point, i was like, DID I HEARD WRONGLY OR WHAT?
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

then he told me, that the next appointment,
he's going to adjust the braces and tidy up. (+ 1 year or more)

then after i could take off my braces, i have to put this i-don't-know-what-it's-called, but it's a transparent/coloured kind of line. as if makes sure that the teeth is maintained straight. because everyone's teeth will shift, it's not a BIG SHIFTMENT, it's like slightly movement. it's all due to growing up, so that's why, i had to put it after my braces. (+1 year or more)

adding up the years together, indeed up to 2-3 years.
OMG! i can't wait to get the braces out OF MY MOUTH.
the delaying of time depends on how i take care of my braces.
