It was raining on Christmas Eve yea? Hahah someone told me it's actually snowing, but it rained instead cos Singapore's weather to warm.
Kind of logical right? HAHAH.
So dined at this seafood restaurant, Sin Hoi Sai Seafood Restaurant. Think it might sound familiar cos I think it's a popular place, erm and HK/Taiwan stars visited it.
But honestly, the food did disappoint me. I've tasted better seafood elsewhere.
So it's like ?????????? Maybe cos I didn't try the Alaska crab. Fucking $100+ for one. HAHAHAH SIAO.
Bamboo clams. Hmm, kind of dry. Dip with the soy sauce! Disappointment though.
My fav dish hor! Sweet and sour pork! I think this is fucking good! Like, the sweet and sour sauce don't taste too sweet nor too sour, just nicely fused together. The skin is crispy, and the pork is tender. THUMBS UP! P:
Ermm I don't know what this is called.. Sea cucumber and braised duck in claypot?
Teh worst dish. the sea cucumber is chewy, tender and soft, but the duck is like,,,,,, fuck, dry, tasteless. Like, don't even taste like duck? Blah.
Alaska crab too ex, so we ordered a Sri Lankan crab, nicely steamed.
It's good, the stock that comes with it is unique, buttery and savoury! And the crab meat is super sweet leh, SLURPS!
