ughh . i must admit that band practice today was quite BORING. well , we had to practice for the coming chinese new year ( yeah , cny songs ) . hmm , but problem was that all of the juniors don't have the scores . and i had one , but i didn't practice much cuz there's not much time to and so samantha and me just sit and listen to the seniors play . very boring eh .. haha , did try to play , but still don't know . ah wells , more more pratice (:
so around 11.45 we got FOOT DRILLS . my worst WORST nightmare ! . i hate foot drills soooo much !
sigh , no choice la .. so just did some drills . so tiring . but a little fun la . TSK , I STILL HATE DRILL!


after dismissal , i went to eat lunch with my parents and then i meet up with my darling at macdonalds . i asked him to help me on my maths homework . sian lor , still not done all :D ... crappy paper .... *crushes and throw away*
yeah , so after 2 hours or so , got so bored and fed up with my maths lar.. then we went to library . because i got this stupid book reviews that i have to do for my english holiday assignment .. so i went to find books . lol , in the end , we left the library without any book in hand . hahah , aiyah , all the book so thick one . lol.

yesterday my dad , mum and me went to marina square . that place really transformed alot :o . and so many outlets to eat at . after shopping , we went to esplanade , cuz it's near where we are , . ahah , very crowded la . then i see all the friends together , happily . i got kinda down already . cuz i wanted so so much to celebrate with all my friends , have fun and stuff like that . i need fun ya ?

so we walk lor , walk walk walk walk . sian , walk until sore feet . :D .
then my parents want to go to the MERLION there . waw , its like , so far . aiyah , okay , let's walk AGAIN .
so walk walk walk , it's so crowded la . then those small kids will play with the snow can . so cute la . sigh , i didn't get to play ....
so when we reach there , my parents wanted to stay until its 12 but its only 11 ! . so i was like " i don't feel like staying here la " . so okay lor ,
we WALKED BACK to esplanade cuz my father parked his car in the carpark .


we went to orchand . walk again , ahah . i don't know why la , i see people spraying each other with the ribbon spray can or the snow can hor , i will feel happy also . spirit of christmas ? i think so . aiyah , seeing all those youngsters and adults having fun hor , i jealous :(
then i was like keep asking my dad if orchand road will still be like that tomorrow .

weee!! set off for the BBQ at 3pm . i met ' him ' at the bus station and we took lucky bus number 30 ! haha. ' he ' asked one of his friend to board the same bus along the way . we stopped near another friend's house . then we settled at Mcdonalds . then i was like , "hehe , i think i take out my handphone too" . THEN

' him ' and i didn't take anything BUT , was suppose to buy packed ice from 7-11 when we alight . so we alighted , bought , and the 3 who are suppose to take taxi are STILL WAITING FOR A CAB .
ahhah , okay , so we went to west coast park first .
yay , luckily the bbq pit is near the place where we alighted , so just a few traffic lights and we're there ! :D
3 of his friends were there already . er , chit chatting happily . o.O?
sososo , when we reached there, the 3 friends who were waiting for taxi , were already on the way to the bbq pit .
' him ' took a bic and i stood on the two metal whatever you call it that is like stuck onto the back of the wheel? , okay whatever , my english sucks . so i just stood behind . AND weeee , so cooling lor . cuz west coast i will have to admit that its so FREAKING HOT even though the rain just stopped .on the way , we saw them , ahah , they looked so tired . too bad man , few more steps ahead , uh , i mean BIG BIG STEPS .
so ' he ' kinda of u-turned and we headed back to the bbq pit . not long after , we decided to borrow his friends' bic and cycle , like , explore explore . hehe , so we both took a bic and rode . YEAH!!
ahah, i screamed la , its a park mah , i don't care . so shuang la . then we arrived at this , CREATIVE PLAYGROUND ? and walua , i can see that . the whole thing looked so scary yet so WOOHOO-FUN!! .
so we played lor .

i loved that show soooo much !
It's so fantastic . i love it . plus , i almost cried due to the touching moments in the show .





when i was small , i thought King Kong was a stupid show about a crazy GIANT GORILLA trying to destroy the city and have no idea why he have a lady in his hand. and i didn't cared .


NOW I REALISED HOW STUPID I REALLY AM . that show is so , so much better than HARRY POTTER CRAP . (alright , i'm sorry harry potter fans)

Kong is kind . he is just like other monkeys , except for his invincible strength and gigantic size.

back from heaven . ;

hey (: , i'm like finally back from Genting yesterday . i slept the whole night yesterday too ... heh.
alright.

1st day
WTF LOR . sitting on the bus like siao man .journey so long .. and then i cannot sleep ... hahas . slept like for 1 hour only and then was like awake for the whole 6-7hours journey T_T .
on the way to Genting , we had a break at Yong Peng . i ate cup corns .. er , not crunchy at all , but its okay la . hehe .
then 15 mins later all board the bus and have to tahan the lousy comfort all the way .
Up on the way to Genting , waw , buei TAHAN , the bus move so SLOW , plus make me so sleepy . and everyone was like excited then all started talking . HOW TO SLEEP ?! .
so nevermind lor . so i look at the scenery , the hills , the clouds , the GREEN .
so beautiful and breathtaking .
around 2.50 reach First World Hotel . waw , the hotel so colourful LOL .
then got the room card key .
FINALLY can rest le . then we took our dinner at the cafe .
the buffet SUCKS lor .
but the fruits and dessert rocks :P .
after that lights out at 11.30pm . so i bathed then slept .
btw , the room quite small eh ..

2nd day
my band like performed on the concert hall . its not the actual performance . its just like practice and blah , whatever its called . (my english sucks)
and then , we really sucked lor . like no standard band .
then we kena scolded by the teachers but mr tan(our conducter) like ,
"ok , nvm , just try your best tomorrow. hopefully we can get bronze."
so touching :(
supposingly after that we're suppose to have free time but because of our bad bad baaaad performance before , we had to practice the whole day until our dinner T_T .
ok fine .
after dinner , we had a short free time .
some members practised , some chit chat .
my friends and i go wanteng/vani's room to chat chat lor .
suhana was very worried for the competition .

EVERYONE was .
i mean , DUH , we like performed so badly just now .
10.30 i went to bed .

3rd day
the most and the most scariest day during the trip.
morning , we woke up and ate our breakfast .
then we got changed into our band uniform and meet at the meeting point with our intruments set up .
we headed to a room (idon'tknowwhere) and tune .
mr tan was very kind and patient.
that makes us even reluntant to see him leave.
during the performance , we played so so so much better then the day before.
everyone was very happy .
even mr tan and the teachers were so glad that they promised us our free time to the theme park (:
after that , got a few hours free time so i shop shop with Yee Min :D .
at 5 , we went to the concert hall to await our award.
waited so long then finally they began annoncing the awards.
AND WE GOT BRONZE !
i was happy , but not satisfied . was like , wtf , only 0.3% more to silver. so close :(
then after all annoncements blah blah , dinner time .
ek T_T , same food everyone (almost) .
returned back to the concert hall to hear the gold awarded band perform some piece.
the schools which got gold are,
meridian JC,
orchid park secondary,
CHIJ,
chinese high school(malaysia).

orchid park sec are really good . they played Can't Turn My Eyes Off You .(izzit?idon'tknow.)
then everyone was like partying la .
stand up and sang
" I LOVE YOU BABY ,
COZ THAT IS ALL I WANT
I NEED YOU BABY ...."
hahas , was fun la . but i was quite sad so i just like stand up and wave abit .
after that we all went back to our room and sleepp..

4th day
morning we woke up and took our breakfast. but my friends and i did not la .. hahas,
breakfast sucks .
er , no , its the BUFFET that SUCKS .
then we have free time right after breakfast until 6.20pm . LOL , so long.
like half of the day eh .
then my friends and i go sleep until 11 something then we woke .
went to suhana's room and chit chat
wan teng and cheryl went to theme park.
then suhana , vani , samantha and me went to eat
KENNY ROGERS ; ROASTED
WEE.
it's the best lunch i've ever eaten during the trip . lol
so after that , we shop like for 2 hours .
leg sore liao .. ahah .
suhana and samatha go back to the hotel while vani and me went to the ribley's believe it or not exhibtion .
waw , so freaky sia . all the figurines and stuffs . freaking and grossing me out lor ..
it's very interesting though . haahas , the place was very scaring la , scare me till i sweat , (somemore its a cold place) .okay , when its over , we went back to the hotel, to cheryl/samantha's room . suhana alone cuz samantha went to join wan teng and cheryl .
oh yeah , we bought famous amos cookies plus a cute small cup for mr tan . (:
when cheryl , wan teng and samantha came back ,
WALUA , they bought 2 boxes of chocolates for mr tan . hahas , good choice :D
6.20 we went for dinner . hahas , my friends and i did not went for dinner , .. wan teng , cheryl don't know why , suhana , vani , samantha and i still full la . hahas.
so at 8.15 we went to the concert hall AGAIN for the closing ceremony and to receive our awards and hear the gold awarded band perform their pieces.
after that , got cocktail party , but our band went to our meeting point .
mr tan came and talked to us .
then everyone cheered very loud . lol , i " woo " first .
den i screamed and clapped as loud as i can .
guess what , i broke into tears after that .
almost all of the girls cried . only some of the boys cried.then we took band photo and sectional photos .
i cried so much lor . cannot take it . mr tan is going to leave the band and retire .. :(
mr tan will be the best conductor in world , in my heart , in yuan ching secondary school .
waw the scene was so heartbreaking lor . and mr tan was like sad but he forced himself to smile . he must be happy that we love him as a conductor and devastated that he is leaving the band and to see so many of us cry .
MR TAN IS THE BEST!!!!! the band loves you and you wil lalways remain in our hearts.
for SYF , we will get silver JUST FOR YOU . we will strive harder and make you proud (:
so our band major told us that there won't be any lights out time , only the boys cheered . T_T , the girls were crying too hard . hahas .
after that i went to my room . i cried again , its too much for me to take it . like , i will miss his conducting , the way he conduct , the way he teaches , the way he scolds . everything .
but everything is going to change next year for YCSS band because a new conductor is coming to our band .
that is , fuhua secondary school's band conductor , ms dorean tan . ugh . T_T.
alright , enough said ..
so after that , i went to bathe and pack my luggage.
wan teng , cheryl , samantha and i chit chat . vani and suhana slept early.
then at 3am , i slept .

5th day
woke up in the morning to eat breakfast . i ate only a piece of cake .
then went to my room to get my luggage and assemble at meeting point .
and off to the traveling bus .
and BYEBYEGENTING!!!
hahas, finally reached home at around 4.30pm .
home sweet home (:

er ,, i know christmas is abit too early la , but hahas , hope you like it .
