hehe . yesterday , my bf and me went to sentosa. had lotsa fun there ! =D
first we went to the beach to play water . then , we rented a double seat bicycle . we cycled into jungle Trail ..
so tiring ! , many slopes and humps in the Jungle Trail . but it was very fun ((: more fun then fun .
okay , so after one hour , we returned the bicycle and we headed to cinemania ! ((:
quite a long journey there , didn't know sentosa is huge !
we sat at Sentosa Food Centre to take a rest and at the same time , have some drinks to quench our thirst .

wee ! , finally , we headed to cinemania . we got to play two times !
so realistic and fun . and my bf was shouting like nobody business T_T , i shout along too anyway =D

at the same time , i was amazed by the display of star cruise ship .

while eating my lunch , i was watching channelnewsasia as well . i just realised that there are many disasters going around .
dengue fever ,

the recent bali sucide bomb ,
a recent mudslide somewhere in south america
and so many more .

is this world coming to an end soon ?

about the bird flu. many birds' lives were taken because of bird flu . just switch to one news channel and you might see people dumping the birds into some cage or rubbish chute and then take them to someplace to kill them .
yeah , it's bird flu , we had no choice but to destroy their lives . but it's a very sad scene to see those chickens , ducks and other birds species to be killed just like that . they gave us resources like eggs , meat and feathers to make materials , but we had to kill them just like that . very saddening .haha .. am i abit too .. weird ? ..hahas ,
well , those bird lovers out there might feel the same thing as me too . but one thing is , im not a bird lover =P

by the way , yesterday , i went to a restaurant , Sakura (located just infront of Parkway Parade). yup , it's japanese restaurant =D went there have a buffet . weee !! ((:
there's many great food there . and my most favourite is the small squarish cheesecakes ( YUP IT'S CHEESECAKE ) that they serve !! i ate lime cheesecake . it's so nice , i wanna grab somemore !! .. but my parents told me to eat dishes instead . end up that i'm so full , i didn't get to eat anymore cake . !! SUCH A PITY ! . there are strawberry cheesecake served too !! .. too full to take anymore .. :( boohoo .

had this stomach cramp since yesterday night . had this bad flu in the middle of the night . uggh.. so suffering . and now , my stomach still cramps abit . like something tight around your tummy ? , doesn't feel comfortable . the cause of my cramps includes the aching of my back .
